Pathways 2 Success is an Out-of-School-Time (OST) program designed to support middle and high school students through targeted academic coaching and comprehensive College & Career Readiness (CCR) services. The program provides homework assistance, tutoring, goal setting, and skill-building in core subjects, while also exposing students to career exploration, college planning, financial literacy, and post-secondary pathways. Pathways 2 Success helps students build confidence, improve academic performance, and develop a clear plan for life after graduation.
